Terms & Conditions

All quoted pricing is subject to change pending in person measurement of desired cleaning area.

Any changes to quote will be discussed and agreed upon with customer before service begins.

Deposit Requirement: A $50 deposit must be paid by the customer before the commencement of the service. This deposit is non-refundable except in cases where AQ Genius LLC is unable to perform the agreed-upon service. In such instances, the deposit will be refunded to the customer. Failure to provide the deposit may result in the cancellation of the scheduled appointment.
Scope of Service: The surface cleaning package includes pressure washing services for surfaces such as driveways, porches, decks, pathways, walkways, pool decks, and athletic courts. This service is to be performed in one single project and cannot be split between multiple properties or projects.
Booking and Scheduling: The customer must contact AQ Genius LLC to schedule the service within a reasonable timeframe. The scheduling is subject to availability, and it is recommended to book the service well in advance to secure preferred dates.
Property Preparation: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the designated areas for cleaning are accessible and free from obstacles. Any items or furniture obstructing the surfaces to be cleaned should be removed prior to the scheduled service.
Weather Conditions: The surface cleaning service is weather-dependent. In the event of inclement weather conditions such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or freezing temperatures, AQ Genius LLC reserves the right to reschedule the service for the safety of our technicians and optimal cleaning results.
Additional Charges: Any additional services requested beyond the scope of the package, or any unforeseen circumstances encountered during the cleaning process (such as stubborn stains, excessive dirt buildup, or special treatment requirements), may incur additional charges. These charges will be communicated to the client before proceeding with the service.

Additional Gutter Cleaning Charges: For properties equipped with Leaf Guard or any other gutter filter system that requires removal for cleaning, an additional service charge of $149 will apply. This fee covers the extra labor and care needed to remove, clean, and reinstall the gutter protection systems safely and effectively. Please note that this charge is in addition to the base price of our gutter cleaning services.

Liability: AQ Genius LLC will take all necessary precautions to perform the surface cleaning service safely and efficiently. However, we shall not be held liable for any damages to property or injury to individuals resulting from unforeseen circumstances or negligence on the part of the property owner or third parties.
Cancellation Policy: The customer may cancel or reschedule the service up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring any fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to forfeiting $50 deposit as a cancellation fee.
Acceptance of Terms: By accepting any surface cleaning package, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
